This usually occurs as you do not have your valid ANMF, NSWNMA, QNMU membership details in your account. 

Go to ‘My Account’, select your state or territory Branch under ‘ANMF Branch’, add your membership number in the ‘member ID’ field, and select ‘update’. 


Your account status will be adjusted accordingly.




Some State or Territory Branch may require additional validation steps in order to access their member discount.
