This usually occurs when the order has not been fully processed. To check the status of your order goes to ‘My account’ and select ‘order details’ here you will see a list of any purchases on our new website.
Check the status column, if the status is not paid the courses will not appear on your bookshelf.
If your order status is ‘generated’ please check if the funds have been deducted from your bank account.
If the funds have not been deducted please repurchase the course/s as the order has not gone through successfully. If the funds have been deducted please contact us by emailing email@example.com with the order number and we will investigate the issue for you as soon as possible.
